Document screening
We review your qualifications based on the resume and portfolio you sent.
If you pass the document interview, we contact you individually.
1st interview
Have a talk with hands-on workers to work with. Confirm what way you'll work and we introduce the workplace and our firm to you.
We have interviews without burden allowing you to wear casual clothes.
2nd interview
We design the future including the treatment with executives.
You should answer what attitude you will work for the company and the company will introduce the vision to you.
Inform the final result
We contact the successful candidates separately. You need many documents when entering company.
The personnel general affair team performs this job. You'll prepare for all kinds of documents and discuss the company-entering date and meet your colleagues on the designated date.
Welcome party
